All Equipment/Material is sold on an "AS IS" basis, utilizing a sealed bid format. No warranty is offered for any product. The highest bidder wins the lot.
Minimum bid amount is $25.00. Bids less than $25.00 will not be accepted.
A buyers premium of 25% will automatically added to your bid.
Example: You offer a bid $100 for a pallet of material, with the buyers premium of $25.00 your final bid price is $125.00
Bidder Notifications:
Winning bids are notified by e-mail and fax.
Losing bids are notified by e-mail only.
If you do not have an e-mail address or a fax number, you will need to contact our office to check on you bid.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Company Checks for approved customers, ATM and Cash. Out of town customers can pay over the phone
Packing and handling charges:
There is a a $10.00 per lot charge for packing, up the UPS max of 70 pounds.
Large items on a pallet that can be shrink-wrapped weighed and shipped using a common carrier are $10 per lot. If items on a pallet require additional handling, there is an up charge.
Hard to ship items such as servers with casters are priced seperately.
Shipping:
Auction BDI will ship via your requirements: UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, etc. Call soon to arrange transportation for your material.
If you make your own shipping arrangements, be sure to have a copy of the Bill of Lading faxed to our office. The fax number is (408) 955-7914.
Hours of Operation:
Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm, closed on weekends.
Viewing the material:
We encourage you to visit look the the product you are bidding on. If you are not able to view and the equipment, you are welcome to call and ask questions. Viewing times are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If you have a question regarding a specific lot of material, call us at (800) 564-3200. We will do our best to assist you.
Winning bidders:
Please pay and picking up your winning lots as soon as possible. Friday is the last day to pay and pickup your winning lots.
Unless you have made arrangements with our office, winning lots not picked up by the Friday evening will be cancelled. We will invoice you $50.00, per lot.
Avoid cancellation fees, by picking up your material promptly.
