All Equipment/Material is sold on an "AS IS" basis, utilizing a sealed bid format. No warranty is offered for any product. The highest bidder wins the lot.
Minimum bid amount is $25.00. Bids less than $25.00 will not be accepted.
A buyers premium of 25% will automatically added to your bid.
Example: You offer a bid $100 for a pallet of material, with the buyers premium of $25.00 your final bid price is $125.00
Bidder Notifications: Winning bids are notified by e-mail and fax. Due to time constraints, losing bids are notified by e-mail only. If you do not have an e-mail address or a fax number, you will need to contact our office to check on you bid.
Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Company Checks, ATM and Cash. There will be a 10% returned check fee. For example a Returned check of 1,200 will be charged an additional $120.
Telephone credit card payments: To process a credit card payment over the phone, the following information is needed, card number, and expiration date.
Packing and handling charges: The charge for Auction BDI to pack your small table item $10 per box, 70 pound limit. Pallets that require shrink-wrap and shipping weight $10 each. Servers with casters that need to be palletized and strapped $20 each item.
Shipping: Auction BDI will ship via your requirements: UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, etc. Call soon to arrange transportation for your material.
If you generate the Bill of Lading and fax it to (408) 955-7914 and the material is picked up using your account, you will not be charged any shipping fees. You will only be responsible for packaging and handling fees.
Hours of Operation: Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm, closed on weekends.
Viewing the material: We encourage you to visit our facility, to view and inspect the equipment available for bid. Viewing times are Thursday, and Friday.
If you have a question regarding a specific lot of material, call us at (800) 564-3200. We will do our best to assist you.
Winning bidders: Please pay and picking up your winning lots as soon as possible. Friday is the last day to pay and pickup your winning lots.
Unless you have made arrangements with our office, winning lots not picked up by the following Monday will be cancelled. You will be invoiced $50.00, per lot. Avoid cancellation fees, by picking up your material promptly.
Cancelled Lots: Cancelled lots are subject to a $50.00. If you are not planning on picking up your winning lots. Please call our office to notify us.
